The Forest Grove Senior Center relies on the generosity of individuals, businesses, foundations, and organizations. Here’s how you can help assure the ongoing support and future growth of programs and services for the sake of our area’s large senior population and for the benefit of our entire community.

Volunteerism

Volunteers are needed and welcomed! Spend a few hours or as much time as you have available. If you have the experience or expertise to help in support of one of our programs or activities, or if you just want to help whenever you are needed, please call at 503-357-2021.

Donations / Memorial Gifts / Endowment / Sponsorships

The Forest Grove Senior Center gratefully welcomes and appreciates your contributions. Here are some ways to give:

Donations are gladly accepted for our meals, our services, or for any reason at all!

Memorial Gifts are received from many community members to memorial funds honoring the memory of childhood friends or loved ones who were part of our senior family.

Endowment Fund is a way for individuals to perpetuate the benefits of a gift to the Senior Center for many years to come. The fund grows with bequests, annuities, honorarium, and other gifts. An endowment fund gift is best way to make certain that the Forest Grove Senior Center is able to meet the needs of future seniors.

Please contact us at 503-357-2021 or 503-357-7910 for more information on any of these giving methods.

The Forest Grove Senior Center is a non-profit 501c3 organization.

The Forest Grove Senior Center, located within the rolling hills of Forest Grove, Oregon is a center of caring.

We care for our community’s senior citizens by providing them with hot meals, outreach programs, and fun activities that promote and contribute to their good health, general welfare, and social involvment.

From our humble beginnings in 1971, to our current facility today, the Senior Center has always been a second home to many seniors. They come to eat, learn, exercise, take field trips, volunteer, dance, and enjoy the company of other others. They also come to experience new things, from acupuncture treatments to computer classes, two of many services we offer that help them feel healthy and engaged in life.

Please feel free to stop by for a visit, or contact us at the telephone number below if you have any questions. Meanwhile, take a moment to peruse our new website. We have a lot of information to make available, plus new events are happening all the time, so stop by often as this site will be changing frequently. Thanks and enjoy your visit!
